Like all OsidLists,
BallotConstrainerList
provides a means for accessing BallotConstrainer
elements
sequentially either one at a time or many at a time. Examples:
while (bcl.hasNext()) { BallotConstrainer constrainer = bcl.getNextBallotConstrainer(); }or
while (bcl.hasNext()) { BallotConstrainer[] constrainers = bcl.getNextBallotConstrainers(bcl.available()); }
