Description	Like all `OsidLists` , `AuctionConstrainerList` provides a means for accessing `AuctionConstrainer` elements sequentially either one at a time or many at a time. Examples: while (acl.hasNext()) { AuctionConstrainer = acl.getNextAuctionConstrainer(); } or while (acl.hasNext()) { AuctionConstrainer[] = acel.getNextAuctionConstrainers(acl.available()); }
Method	getNextAuctionConstrainer
Description	Gets the next `AuctionConstrainer` in this list.
Return	`osid.bidding.rules.AuctionConstrainer`		the next `AuctionConstrainer` in this list. The `hasNext()` method should be used to test that a next `AuctionConstrainer` is available before calling this method.
Errors	ILLEGAL_STATE		no more elements available in this list

Return	`osid.bidding.rules.AuctionConstrainer[]`		an array of `AuctionConstrainer` elements. The length of the array is less than or equal to the number specified.
