Description	The commenting batch manager provides access to commenting batch sessions and provides interoperability tests for various aspects of this service. The sessions included in this manager are: `CommentBatchSession:` a session to create, modify and delete comments in bulk `BookBatchAdminSession:` a session to create, modify and delete books in bulk
Method	getCommentBatchAdminSession
Description	Gets the `OsidSession` associated with the bulk comment administration service.
Return	`osid.commenting.batch.CommentBatchAdminSession`		a `CommentBatchAdminSession`
Errors	OPERATION_FAILED		unable to complete request
Errors	UNIMPLEMENTED		`supportsCommentBatchAdmin()` is `false`
Compliance	`optional`		This method must be implemented if `supportsCommentBatchAdmin()` is `true.`
Method	getCommentBatchAdminSessionForBook
Description	Gets the `OsidSession` associated with the bulk comment administration service for the given book.
Parameters	`osid.id.Id`	`bookId`	the `Id` of the `Book`
Return	`osid.commenting.batch.CommentBatchAdminSession`		a `CommentBatchAdminSession`
Errors	NOT_FOUND		no `Book` found by the given `Id`
	NULL_ARGUMENT		`bookId` is `null`
