Interface BlockList

AutoCloseable, Closeable, OsidList, OsidList
Like all OsidLists , BlockList provides a means for
accessing Block elements sequentially either one at a time or many
at a time. Examples:
while (bl.hasNext()) {
Block block = bl.getNextBlock();
}
or
while (bl.hasNext()) {
Block[] blocks = bl.getNextBlocks(bl.available());
}

getNextBlock
Gets the nextBlockin this list.- Returns:
- the next
Blockin this list. ThehasNext()method should be used to test that a nextBlockis available before calling this method. - Throws:
IllegalStateException- no more elements available in this listOperationFailedException- unable to complete request- Compliance:
mandatory- This method must be implemented.

Gets the next set ofBlockelements in this list. The specified amount must be less than or equal to the return fromavailable().- Parameters:
n- the number ofBlockelements requested which must be less than or equal toavailable()- Returns:
- an array of
Blockelements. The length of the array is less than or equal to the number specified. - Throws:
IllegalStateException- no more elements available in this listOperationFailedException- unable to complete request- Compliance:
