Gets the RelevancyFormRecord corresponding to the given relevancy record Type .

Parameters:

relevancyRecordType - the relevancy record type

Returns:

the relevancy form record

Throws:

NullArgumentException - relevancyRecordType is null

OperationFailedException - unable to complete request

UnsupportedException - hasRecordType(relevancyRecordType) is false
