The Price Rules OSID includes rules services to manage rules applied to
Prices .
PriceEnabler Rule
A PriceEnabler is an OsidRule that operates the
enabling and disabling of a Price through management of the
Price effective dates. A PriceEnabler may modify the effective
dates of an Price to make them effective at a fture time or expire
them. A PriceEnabler that resurrects an expired Price may
create a new Price with new effective dates to preserve the audit
trail of effective Prices .

PriceEnablers are also cataloged in Stores .
