Interface VoterAllocationList

Like all OsidLists , VoterAllocationList provides a
means for accessing VoterAllocation elements sequentially either
one at a time or many at a time. Examples:
while (val.hasNext()) {
VoterAllocation allocation = val.getNextVoterAllocation();
}
or
while (val.hasNext()) {
Vote[] allocations = val.getNextVoterAllocations(val.available());
}
