Interface RaceProcessorEnablerList

Like all OsidLists , RaceProcessorEnablerList provides
a means for accessing RaceProcessorEnabler elements sequentially
either one at a time or many at a time. Examples:
while (rpel.hasNext()) {
RaceProcessorEnabler enabler = rpel.getNextRaceProcessorEnabler();
}
or
while (rpel.hasNext()) {
