Interface ProcessConstrainerEnablerList

Like all OsidLists , ProcessConstrainerEnablerList
provides a means for accessing ProcessConstrainerEnabler elements
sequentially either one at a time or many at a time. Examples:
while (pcel.hasNext()) {
ProcessConstrainerEnabler enabler = pcel.getNextProcessConstrainerEnabler();
}
or
while (pcel.hasNext()) {
ProcessConstrainerEnabler[] enablers = pcel.getNextProcessConstrainerEnablers(pcel.available());
