Description	Like all `OsidLists` , `SpeedZoneEnablerList` provides a means for accessing `SpeedZoneEnabler` elements sequentially either one at a time or many at a time. Examples: while (szel.hasNext()) { SpeedZoneEnabler enabler = szel.getNextSpeedZoneEnabler(); } or while (szel.hasNext()) { SpeedZoneEnabler[] enablers = szel.getNextSpeedZoneEnablers(szel.available()); }

Description	Gets the next `SpeedZoneEnabler` in this list.
Return	`osid.mapping.path.rules.SpeedZoneEnabler`		the next `SpeedZoneEnabler` in this list. The `hasNext()` method should be used to test that a next `SpeedZoneEnabler` is available before calling this method.
