The ProfileEntry Rules OSID includes rules services to manage rules applied to ProfileEntries.

ProfileEntryEnabler Rule

A ProfileEntryEnabler is an OsidRule that operates the enabling and disabling of a ProfileEntry through management of the ProfileEntry effective dates. A ProfileEntryEnabler may modify the effective dates of an ProfileEntry to make them effective at a fture time or expire them. A ProfileEntryEnabler that resurrects an expired ProfileEntry may create a new ProfileEntry with new effective dates to preserve the audit trail of effective ProfileEntries.
