Description	The Topology Path OSID provides defines a service to manage paths through a topology of nodes. Paths `Paths` are `OsidRelationships` with a starting an ending `Node` . A `Path` is created by adding and removing `Edges` . Graph Cataloging `Paths` can be organized into hierarchical `OsidCatalogs` of `Graphs` .
